THE 31ST FUSELIER BATTALION

SHORT HISTORY
The 31st Fuselier Battalion was raised at Namur, Belgium, on April 4, 1945.
On August 7, 1945 the battalion was attached to the 17th Fuselier Brigade.
The battalion delivered guard detachments for several P.O.W. camps in Belgium.

The battalion was disbanded on March 31, 1946.
